Customer Service

While we do try our best to answer emails quickly we have had a high volume of emails and orders lately. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response from someone. The customer service representatives that assist you with any of your questions or concerns about your orders are also the people that help pull and pack the orders so response time may take a bit longer during this time period. We will try our best to get back to you sooner but it may take the allotted time frame. Please note that if you email on weekends it may take longer for a response as we are only available for short periods of time on weekends. If you do not have a response after 48 hours please email again. 

When emailing about orders please include order number, email, and/or name the product was ordered with. If you are emailing about damages please include pictures of the comic outside of the bags and boards with your first email. This will help expedite the process.  


International Orders:

While we try to implement Tariff Codes to help with duties and taxes we cannot guaranteed you will not be charged duties and taxes for your items. Most orders will be sent USPS First Class International or FedEx Priority International.  

Wrong Address/Change of Address:

When an order is placed on our site the address entered at the time of purchase is automatically saved into our system and downloaded into our shipping software. We do not touch the address unless specifically ask by the customer.  If you enter the wrong address into our system and the order has already been shipped, you will need to pay any charges incurred for returned mail/changed address. 

Please note: If you have moved, you MUST email us and let us know of the change so that we can update your current orders in our shipping software. We also ask that you change your address on your account, but please note that will only affect future orders, that will NOT change the shipping address on pre-existing orders, which must be done manually on our end.

Non-Continental United States

The Lone Star Economy rate travels to Hawaii and Alaska "space-available" — it can be queued for some time before any room is available on the flights from the mainland and can take as long as 4 weeks for delivery. We recommend you consider USPS Priority or UPS 2nd Day Air for your orders if faster delivery would better suit your needs.

Orders placed before 11am ship no later than one business day after being placed. Orders placed with express-level shipping options placed before 2pm Central ship the same day. We may require proof of identity if you ask to have your order mailed directly to a third party.

Customs fees and duties

Fees and duties levied against incoming parcels vary from country to country. If any import charges are assigned by your country's customs agency, it is your responsibility as the buyer to pay them. We cannot misrepresent the value of the parcel in order to reduce potential import charges. However, if you have special instructions that you think will reduce the charges levied by your government, tell us in the order comments box. For example, we can label your comics as books, magazines, periodicals or printed matter if one of these labels is more likely to reduce the fee you must pay your government.

Subscription Service

We offer weekly, twice monthly, and monthly shipments. Shipping costs are paid in advance and then deducted from your account each time we send you a shipment. We ship no later than Thursday each week.

We charge exact shipping for items mailed beyond our borders. When you place your order, we charge an estimated $25 per shipment; when the order is ready to ship, we will either credit you back the balance or charge your credit card for the difference, as appropriate.
